Hi everyone! Here is a video clip of one of my idol in youtube. His Youtube name is Pewdiepie but his real name is Felix. He use to live in Sweden but later on moved to Italy with his Italian girlfriend Maritsa. He started making youtube videos about four years ago and he was doing videos just for fun until he figured out a way to turn his little youtube channel into a big business. After he figured it out he started to gain so much profit that he felt so social responsible to give some to charity. He inspired me to begin my Youtube channel and hopefully this Youtube channel can help to become the successful person I always wanted to be. I hope you guys enjoy the video clip.
P.S. You may notice that he screams like a girl and make weird noises. I don’t do that on my videos just to let you guys know. 🙂
Hey guys! here is the recipe of my favorite Italian dish.
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon Essence, recipe follows
2 (6 to 8-ounce) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in halves and pounded thin
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 tablespoons butter
3 cups sliced mushrooms (cremini, oyster, shiitake)
3/4 cup Marsala
1 cup chicken stock
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Chopped chives, for garnish
In a shallow bowl or plate combine the flour and Essence and stir to combine thoroughly. Quickly dredge the chicken breast halves in the seasoned flour mixture, shaking to remove any excess flour.
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until very hot but not smoking. Add 1 tablespoon of the butter and cook the chicken breasts until golden brown on both sides, about 3 minutes per side. Transfer to a plate and set aside. Add 1 tablespoon of the remaining butter to the pan and add the mushrooms. Cook, stirring frequently, until mushrooms are golden brown around the edges and have given off their liquid. Add the Marsala wine and bring to a boil, scraping to remove any browned bits from the bottom of the pan. When the wine has reduced by half, add the chicken stock and cook for 3 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened slightly. Lower the heat to medium and return the chicken breasts to the pan and continue to cook until they are cooked through and the sauce has thickened, about 5 to 6 minutes. Swirl in the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter, add salt and pepper, to taste. Garnish with chopped chives and serve immediately.
P.S. If you want the essence seasoning for the chicken marsala I will post it right below.

Professor Green got me really interested on the Google Glasses, so I did a little research on the glasses. Apparently the Google Glasses has a a lot of functionalities. The one that really intrigued me was being able to bring up a map, which for me it will be a lifesaver because sometimes I explore new places and I get lost, sadly. Another function that sounded pretty cool is that it can give specific information on certain locations. For example, If you and a friend want to go dine in a fancy restaurant but was not sure if it will be expensive or not, Google Glasses can bring up that information and help you figure out how much you need to take out of your bank account. With all these cool features it makes me want to buy a pair but seeing how much it cost I probably would have to skip on this one for just a little while.
This where I grew up most of the times. For me Los Angeles is almost like it is part of my backyard because when ever I feel down or if I need so inspiration I would go up on my roof and I would see the whole city of Los Angeles shining bright when the sun hits it on the right spot, it was really breath taking. Their is so much diversity in the city of Los Angeles that it surprised me so much. If you want to go to Italy or to China but do not want to spend so much money on a plane ticket just drive to downtown LA and you will be in Italy or on China in a heartbeat! 🙂
